The UW Japan Studies Program is pleased to host Prof. Ken Ruoff of Portland State University for a lecture entitled “Japan’s Monarchy and the New Emperor in Historical Perspective.”

Join them for a special presentation by Professor Ken Rouff at a momentous turning point as the Japanese monarchy turns the page to a new era and bids farewell to the Heisei period.
