Alzheimer’s Foundation of America’s National Educating America Tour Comes to Seattle

The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA)’s national Educating America National Tour, featuring AFA’s free Concepts in Care educational conference, free memory screenings, and much more, comes to Seattle on Thursday, June 13th. The free program is open to families affected by Alzheimer’s disease, caregivers, and anyone interested in learning more about Alzheimer’s disease.

The conference provides information regarding Alzheimer’s disease, brain health, and dementia caregiving. The conference is free and open to the public. Participants have the opportunity to interact with Alzheimer’s experts, ask questions, network and obtain a free memory screening.
