Tsutakawa House

 Shozo Tsutakawa 蔦川彰三, president of the Japanese American Commission Company 日米仲買商會, occupied this house at 1815 Federal Avenue in Seattle from about 1913 to 1922. The Commission Company was an early fruit and produce brokerage which later developed into the Tsutakawa Company on Jackson Street. Mr. Tsutakawa was the father of George and Jin Tsutakawa.
