The Tobo Company

 Shown above is the building once occupied by The Tobo Company, a small grocery and import store located at 406 12th Avenue South across from Bailey Gatzert Elementary School. It was a favorite stop for Nikkei children retuning home after school. The store was in business from the early 1950s until about 1987.
