Community Sings for Remembrance, Support for Tohoku

Local Japanese chorus groups, Evergreen Glee Club, Sound Singers and Echo Chorus jointly performed in the community concert last Saturday at Bellevue Children’s Academy to commemorate the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake victims. In addition to the concert, the local community held fundraisers including Smile For Japan on March 5 at Nagomi Teahouse, to support the Tohoku area, where the earthquake and tsunami caused severe damage..
