The 17th annual Seattle Kobe Jazz Queen Concert featured 2016 Kobe Jazz Vocal Queen Masae Nagashima at Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley on Sept. 19 as a part of a sister city music exchange program presented by the Seattle-Kobe Sister City Association. The sister city relationship will mark the 60th anniversary next year.

The annual event was also attended by the Kobe YMCA delegation and Seattle YMCA leaders to celebrate their 50 years of student exchanges. The active YMCA partnership has been a strong part of the Seattle-Kobe sister city relationship.
